I’ve had many conversations with the Clinton family. We’re friends. It’s hard, very tough. I think on Election Day, everybody felt pretty good. I think the Trump campaign thought they were gonna lose.
The #NeverTrump crowd is running out of steam – and time. All of its attacks – that he’s as liberal as Hillary Clinton, anti-immigrant, or a con man who will say anything to be elected – have failed.
I don’t think this election is about Hillary Clinton. This election is about Donald Trump.
The Intelligence Community Assessment concluded first that President Putin directed and influenced a campaign to erode the faith and confidence of the American people in our presidential election process. Whatever you may think of Mrs. Clinton as a character, I think she believes quite strongly in public service.

I think that the reason Clinton chose Gore was that he was an example of what Clinton was like. He was kind of almost like the yellow magic marker that you use to highlight the text so that you can really remember what are the most salient features of it.
Hillary Clinton respects good ideas wherever they come from. That’s something I haven’t seen in a lot of powerful people.
I think to a certain extent, Clinton may have expected as the senior president that Obama would’ve reached out to him and asked for his council; he’s done that very little. So, I think the relationship has not been good over the years.
Joe Scarborough was one of 74 Republicans elected to the Congress in 1994 in response to the missteps of the early Clinton era. He was the first Republican elected to Congress from his northern Florida district since the 1870s and handily won re-election three times.
Hillary Clinton is someone who’s never waited around for someone else to do the hard work. She’s been an organizer and a change-maker for her whole life, practically.

Trump often says he needs to keep his tax returns private until the IRS finishes auditing him. But the IRS itself has said this isn’t necessary. And recently, Trump changed his tune, saying he’ll release his returns as soon as Hillary Clinton releases the 33,000 emails she deleted from her email server.
Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

Clinton’s fakery was so deft and deeply ingrained that it was impossible to tell where it ended and the real Bill Clinton began. This constituted a kind of political genius.
I am convinced that the Obama administration and Clinton Dynasty would rather hail the Communist Manifesto than the Declaration of Independence this Fourth of July. And there’s more than enough proof to show how they have been slow-cooking our Founders’ republic into a red-star state like China.
President Clinton was able to achieve budget surpluses despite a divided government.
I rallied against Clinton when he was in office. I didn’t vote for him in ’96. I didn’t vote for Gore in 2000.

To me, if you’re going to talk about funk, you have to go back to George Clinton and Bernie Worrell. Those guys are the giants. I’ve played with Bernie, and it was unreal. He’s the master.
I wanted to be a senator from Illinois. I was obsessed with politics. My dad was friends with a lot of local politicians, so I would hang out with them on Election Day and hand out buttons. Somehow, even though they were opposite, I loved Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton. I thought they were the coolest guys!
This is sort of typical Hillary Clinton: to do things that are not legal, to say that they are, and then try to cover them up. Hillary Clinton severely chastised other whistleblowers for using Internet channels that were not secure, and yet she herself was doing that with private, high-level State Department information.
I’ve always believed everything was about protecting the Clinton power structure and anyone would be sacrificed who got in the way of that.

We have got to defeat Donald Trump, and we have got to elect Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine.
Being very, very honest, I’ve watched more Bill Clinton speeches than stand-up specials. Steve Jobs commencements. They’re just great orators. I love people who boldly share their point of view.
I believe in the power of peer mentorship. When I learned how to ask for a raise, how to fire someone, how to deal with a board challenge – I didn’t get that from mentors like Hillary Clinton. I got that from women who were my friends and who had already done the thing that I was doing.
Our job is to do two things – to defeat Donald Trump and to elect Hillary Clinton. It is easy to boo, but it is harder to look your kids in the face if we are living under a Trump presidency.
There’s a lot to learn from President Clinton. It kills me as a strong Republican saying it, but he was the most effective president during my lifetime. And when business got out of line, he smacked them.

I’m a die-hard Hillary Clinton supporter.
People used to ask me: ‘Well, was it the power that attracted you to Bill Clinton?’ And I said, well, how much power do you think the attorney general of Arkansas has? Of course not. It wasn’t that for me. I just a thought he was wonderful in general.
It was impossible for Hillary Clinton to have chosen a path to the White House that bypassed the loathing, jeering derision and gendered stereotyping built on two centuries of male power. What was interesting was how hard she tried to do just that.
We always have to remember that we, the Italians, have always cooperated with the U.S., and with Reagan and Carter and Nixon and Clinton, Bush and Obama. And Trump, Trump is the American-elected president. So, cooperation is there.
All working parents should have paid family leave. That’s one of many reasons I’m working to elect Hillary Clinton. She has a plan to guarantee workers – men and women – up to 12 weeks of paid family leave to care for a new child or a seriously ill family member.
If you start to catalog Hillary Clinton’s positions between now and 2008, we’re going to have a lot of conversations because there are a lot of places for her to go.
Why aren’t we talking about Hillary Clinton getting debate questions ahead of time? That’s a pretty valid attempt to influence an election. Somebody giving her the debate questions and the answers of an election.
I heard it in 2008 and hear it again now – this notion that the only reason one would support Hillary Clinton is because she is a woman – or only because she is experienced and smart. She is all of those things. But I am with her because… Hillary Clinton inspires me.
It was what became something of a pattern in the first couple of years of the Clinton White House and maybe even longer, where information would drip, drip, drip, drip, drip out which would keep stories alive, alive, alive.

For the president to resign now would be wrong. President Clinton may have debased himself with his behavior, but we shouldn’t debase the office with an impulsive overreaction.
I was a little-known political consultant until Bill Clinton made me. When he came upon hard times, I felt it my duty – whatever my personal misgivings – to stick by him.
For the record, our democracy is revered around the world. And free elections are the best way on Earth to choose our leaders. This is how we elected John F. Kennedy; Ronald Reagan; two George Bushes; Bill Clinton; and Barack Obama. It has worked for decades.
It is long overdue that we have a woman as a legitimate contender for the White House. But Hillary Clinton is the definition of the establishment so many are determined to reject.
I do not espouse the unitarian position. President Clinton’s assertion of directive authority over administration, more than President Reagan’s assertion of a general supervisory authority, raises serious constitutional questions.
President Clinton not only benefits by gay and lesbian votes, but he benefits by showing the nation that he is a strong leader who implements his beliefs, who stands firm by those who he believes are being treated unfairly, and I think people respect that kind of leadership in the country.
Bill Clinton was a liberal who could appeal to conservative-leaning Bubba voters.

Clinton appears to be the sole holdout in the Obama administration in understanding the catastrophe caused by its foreign policy in Libya.

One of the best things that can happen to any cause, to any people, is to have Bill Clinton as its advocate. That is how needy and neglected causes have become global initiatives.

The very purpose of Clinton’s server was to intentionally retain documents and materials – all emails and attachments – on the server in her house, including classified materials.
I don’t think Fox News or Rush Limbaugh need Clinton it turns out. I think there’s a hunger out there for – whether it’s on the left or right – a more lively and provocative type of political journalism. I think Salon and Fox on the other side have both benefited from that.
I’ve gone to Detroit. I’ve been to Ferguson; I’ve been to Baltimore, because I want our party to be bigger, better and bolder, and I’m the only one that leads Hillary Clinton in five states that were won by President Obama. I’m a different kind of Republican.
The thing is, I love a celebrity interview. Doesn’t matter how big or how small. It could be Hillary Clinton or the guy who made it to the third round of ‘Popstars,’ I’ll read it.
I’m not a stone-thrower when it comes to Hillary Clinton and her emails and her server. I don’t think there has been criminal intent on Hillary Clinton’s part. I don’t see an indictment.

Hillary Clinton has taken some fire over 40 years of her fight for families and children. How does she do it? That’s what I want to know. Where does she get her grit and her grace? Where do any of our female firsts, our pathbreakers, where do they find that strength?
For Gore 2000, I was a formal campaign adviser: contrary to RNC mythology, my brief was not ‘wardrobe,’ but rather policy on women’s issues, and messaging. I was also married to a Clinton speechwriter, and observed the message decision-making process from the perspective of a spouse.

Like Hillary Clinton, I, too, have traveled hundreds of thousands of miles around the globe. But unlike Mrs. Clinton, I know that flying is an activity, not an accomplishment.
In everything I do, I like to set the idea for girls that they can do anything. I was really moved by Hillary Clinton’s speech when she lost the election – she didn’t want young girls to feel like it wasn’t possible and wanted them to know a female president will eventually happen. That’s important.
Hillary Clinton, who followed her heart to Arkansas, understands that the American Dream extends beyond the Mason-Dixon line and that South Carolina’s motto, ‘While I breathe, I hope,’ applies to all.
What the 1990s taught the Clinton veterans was that you could ‘triangulate’ with a GOP-controlled Congress.

During the protracted tooth-and-nail tussle between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Democratic primaries, I was one of those fierce partisans desperate for the first black candidate with a serious shot at the White House to win the nomination.

I think if Hillary Clinton had come on ‘Fox & Friends,’ she would have gotten so many more votes, especially if she had done it over and over and over.
For me, being with Obama or having dinner with Bill Clinton… it’s crazy. It’s mind-blowing, because where I come from is just another world. We were just ignored by politicians – by America in general.
In 1995, the Clinton Administration reached an agreement with Cuban government that any refugee caught at sea would be sent back to Cuba while any refugee who reaches the United States shores would be allowed to begin the process to citizenship after one year.
I think Mrs. Clinton has a lot of weaknesses because she was the architect of the Obama administration’s foreign policy.

The Obama administration’s zeal to not ‘waste a good crisis,’ as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton put it, has been stunning even for Washington insiders to behold.
Hillary Clinton is not that fascinating a person. According to those who have spent time with her, she’s harsh and demanding. According to those who haven’t – like her husband – she’s a delight.
I think it has sullied his presidency. As brilliant a politician as Bill Clinton is, as magnetic a personality as he can be, there is one little screw loose somewhere.
Donald Trump is already losing badly to Hillary Clinton. He is a weak candidate, and he’s performing that way.
The First Lady has a lot of power. I hope Hillary Clinton realizes that.
Let me just be very clear that the Republican Party will select a nominee that will beat Bill Clinton.
The dominant advertising advantage of Clinton, with spending of 10 to 1 over Trump, reinforced the perception that she was trying to buy, rather than earn, votes.
Hillary Clinton has spent those decades before her time in public office and since her time in public office advocating for common sense measures to fight gun violence.

In 1993, Israel and North Korea were moving towards an agreement in which North Korea would stop sending any missiles or military technology to the Middle East and Israel would recognize that country. President Clinton intervened and blocked it.
The Hillary Clinton foreign policy has cost America thousands of lives and trillions of dollars – and unleashed ISIS across the world. No Secretary of State has been more wrong, more often, and in more places than Hillary Clinton.
Where gays and lesbians are the best organized and most concentrated in numbers are states that President Clinton must carry in order to be reelected in 1996. Among the states are California, New York, Michigan, Oregon, Washington, Massachusetts, Illinois.
The senior thesis of Hillary D. Rodham, Wellesley College class of 1969, has been speculated about, spun, analyzed, debated, criticized and defended. But rarely has it been read, because for the eight years of Bill Clinton’s presidency it was locked away.
Every major life decision in my 20s and 30s – when to get married, where to buy an apartment, whether to freeze my eggs until after the election – had revolved around a single looming question: What about Hillary Clinton?
You’re never going to be able to delve into the character traits of a Michelle Obama or Hillary Clinton.
There is no Republican out there who wants a Hillary Clinton presidency.
In Syria, while secretary of state, Clinton watched as United Nations resolution after U.N. resolution failed. She accomplished nothing except to repeat the refrain, ‘Assad must go.’
Most political journalists come to Washington because they’re snappy writers, big thinkers, or news breakers. Me? My ticket to the big leagues had little to do with talent. It was mostly about the governor I was covering, Bill Clinton.
Bill Clinton was one of the greatest presidents that we’ve seen. He was involved in the peace process in the very beginning, and he not only showed himself to be knowledgeable about Irish history and Irish-British relationships, but also he was very sympathetic to the idea of resolving conflict.
What Bill Clinton did to us was cruel. The White House gave my attorneys indications that there was a good chance for my clemency to be granted. I had to prepare myself for being released because there was no sign that my petition would be denied.
Whenever I was able to work with Hillary Clinton, it was a great pleasure.
Like Hillary Clinton in the United States, Kuczynski is a prototypical member of the trans-American governing class, with deep roots in both the private and public sector and its revolving-door relationship between Washington think tanks, the State Department, and high-level Latin American ministries.
The conversation we should be having is, what does Russia have from Hillary Clinton’s server?
One is that President Clinton, in his first two years of his term, did not govern as he had campaigned.
To play Hillary Clinton? I’m kind of winging it. No, are you kidding me? I prepared obsessively. I mean, as much as I could in the time that I was given. Of course, with someone like Hillary Clinton, obviously, anything you want is on YouTube and at your fingertips there.
President Clinton is going to embrace President Obama, as he should. They are working together. They’re different kinds of people. Obama is cool, Clinton is a schmoozer. Both are great speakers. It’s a great merging of the party.
Too many talented and supremely calculating politicians, including Nixon and Clinton, have destroyed their careers, or come close, by acting in ways that were obviously against their own interests.
I see all four presidential candidates, the leading four, Cruz and Trump and Sanders and Clinton, all oppose TPP.
The Republican effort to make the September 11th attack on Benghazi into a scandal is really about one thing and one thing only: Hillary Clinton.
Punditry is like weather forecasting: the winds can shift without warning. I remember when nobody would bet a McDonald’s Quarter Pounder that Bill Clinton would win the White House.
On Hillary Clinton’s side, she believes she’s unaccountable to the American people. She favors these old ideas about government, these – these centralized, top down solutions from Washington that keep insiders in the know and give them influence, but regular Americans have no voice.
War is something Arafat sends others to do for him. That is, the poor souls who believe in him. This pompous incompetent caused the failure of the Camp David negotiations, Clinton’s mediation.
Hillary Clinton’s loss has exposed the lack of Democratic power in this country at all levels.

As Bill Clinton said so eloquently at the convention, during Vietnam there was a chance to serve; there was a chance not to serve.
Whatever one wants to say about the conduct of the Iraq War, going to war to remove Saddam Hussein in 2003 was a necessary act. It should and could have been done earlier, had not the Clinton White House, which understood the need, not wasted the opportunity through timidity and bluster.
Washington should revive international efforts begun during the Clinton administration to pressure countries with dangerously loose banking regulations to adopt and enforce stricter rules.
I read ‘Game Change.’ If you want to relive the campaign, that book is unbelievable. It’s great. It’s the book of that campaign. It brought all the memories back of everything with Clinton and Obama, and Sarah Palin and McCain, and choosing her, and John Edwards. It was an interesting book.
And Louis Freeh was a completely dysfunctional FBI Director, who was actually waging his own private war against the Clinton Administration.
There was a near-universal set of editorial endorsements of Clinton. Trump used this disparity to his advantage, to claim media bias and unify his base of supporters.

Silicon Valley’s involvement with Washington dates from one event, which was John Scully – who was the CEO of Apple – had dinner with President Clinton and Vice President Gore in 1993. And we’re all going, like, ‘What’s going on? Why would we have dinner with the president?’
I did get a letter from the speaker of the House urging – enjoining me not to brief Secretary Clinton, and lots of cards and letters from people about not briefing Mr. Trump.
With the sole exception of President Bill Clinton, whose ‘bridge to the 21st century’ evoked the vision and optimism of other great Democratic presidents of the 20th century, such as FDR and John F. Kennedy, pessimism about America’s economic future has been the hallmark of modern progressivism.
I met Clinton during her husband’s first campaign for the White House. It was 1992, New Hampshire, and both Clintons had stopped at a coffee shop to greet the folks and get something to eat.
The first time I met Bill Clinton was actually 1988.
I passionately support Hillary Clinton for president because she has devoted her life to public service and has been willing to learn and change along the way by listening to the people she serves.

Hillary Clinton, because she’s the Democrats’ presumptive 2016 front-runner, has become the target du jour. Frankly, I don’t know how public figures get through it.
To most Alaskans, Clinton is remembered as being the one individual who has shut Alaska down by vetoing ANWR when we successfully moved it through the Congress.
Bill Clinton worked with a Republican Congress. They certainly had their differences on many issues, but look at what they also accomplished. Welfare reform – that was maybe the most significant social policy achievement in two generations.
Regardless of Bill Clinton’s politics or personal life, he grew up in obscurity and was elected to the presidency – twice. Don’t take that away from him, because then you take it away from every other kid in America sitting out there in a school bus with a big dream.
Certainly going back to 2008 during the primary, Secretary Clinton was subjected to various forms of sexism – overt, subtle – that were detrimental. Fortunately, Senator Obama was not subjected to something similar; the culture seemed to tolerate sexism and not racism. We ought not tolerate either.
If there’s an addiction in the Clinton family, it’s to problem solving.
In the last 100 years, three presidents suffered big defeats in Congress in their first term and then won reelection: Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, and the most recent example, Bill Clinton.
Donald Trump has not yet earned my vote. And I’m not simply going to say ‘never,’ because I do not want to empower Hillary Clinton.
I’ve been fighting amidst a lot of opposition from both Hillary Clinton as well as some Republicans who wanted to send arms to the allies of ISIS. ISIS rides around in a billion dollars worth of U.S. Humvees. It’s a disgrace. We’ve got to stop – we shouldn’t fund our enemies, for goodness sakes.
Hillary Clinton is one of the most compelling figures in the world today… and Carl Bernstein’s stunning portrait shows us, for the first time, the true trajectory of her life and career.

There was definitely a lack of any sort of villain in the Clinton era, which is why, when Columbine happened, it was easy to pick on me. My face was around, and it made good TV.
Without any doubt, I’m convinced that Hillary Clinton represents less individuality, flexibility for the states, a weaker national defense. And you know, for all those reasons, we ought to get behind Donald Trump.

Former President Bill Clinton, who is widely regarded as a political mastermind, may have sounded like a traditional liberal at the beginning of his term in office. But what ultimately defined his presidency was his amazing pliability on matters of principle.
Even Toni Morrison claiming Bill Clinton as ‘black’ could not prepare us for the election of America’s first undeniably black president, Barack Obama.

![Hillary Clinton can't tell a good trade deal from bad o](/wp-content/uploads/81297-great-sayings.com.jpg)
Hillary Clinton can’t tell a good trade deal from bad one.
Like a lot of people, I’m very, very concerned about Senator Clinton’s record. I’m very, very concerned about where her positions were in the 1990s, when we had some of the most disgusting legislation in terms of our criminal justice, really, in this country’s history.
The only question where there is disagreement is should the highest income rates above a quarter million dollars a year go back to where they were under Bill Clinton. That is the dispute about the taxes.

I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that Clinton cost John Kerry more votes than he gained for him whenever they appeared together. Imagine being part of a crowd enraptured by the presence of Bill Clinton, and then having to listen to a speech by John Kerry!
I think Hillary Clinton is going to do very well in New York, because there’s one basic advantage. New Yorkers know Hillary Clinton. She was here for senator. We’ve seen her work. We’ve seen her performance.

I think Republicans are going to do better than Hillary Clinton any time of the day.
The contest between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders offered such a bright and bracing contrast to all those professional wrestlers emerging from the RNC’s clown car.
Hillary Clinton could say she was a woman and running for president. And Sarah Palin could say she was a woman and running for vice-president. But Obama couldn’t say, ‘I’m black and I’m running for president.’ It couldn’t come out of his mouth. He couldn’t say that because, if he did, he’d lose votes.
Silence is not what democracy needs. Right now we have an election where, even the supporters of Hillary Clinton, the majority don’t support Hillary; they just oppose Donald Trump. And the majority of Donald Trump supporters don’t support him; they just oppose Hillary.
I’ve known Hillary Clinton for a long time. She’s trustworthy. She’s ready from Day One to assume the office of presidency in the United States. She’s qualified and she’s ready as compared to, I think, Donald Trump, who has shown his recklessness, and dangerous statements that he’s made.
But what I intend to do, the day after Hillary Clinton is elected president of the United States, is to do everything I can to make sure she goes forward as progressively as she can.
On the national stage and in the neighborhoods of New York, Senator Hillary Clinton has repeatedly put her expertise and power behind solutions that make the lives of the American people safer and more prosperous.
Clinton left the White House with all the class of an XFL halftime show.
Clinton himself acted in ways which increased the threat of terror.

Obama has proved to be particularly adept at using the media to disseminate his administration’s messages, but he is a masterful orator. Bill Clinton, too.
In a way I think Bill Clinton is more likely to forgive and move on or at least try to woo people who don’t love him. But he never really tried to woo the press as much as he might have.
Obama and Clinton make an interesting contrast in brands.
Richard Nixon was a criminally insane Monster – Bill Clinton is a black-hearted Swine of a friend.
On the campaign trail, Hillary Clinton emphasized her experience. Yes, experience matters, but judgment matters more. Despite her experience, Hillary Clinton’s poor decisions have produced bad results. Just think about it.
Look, does gender play a part in how people perceive Hillary Clinton? Yes. But it’s also not the reason people criticize her about the emails or Benghazi.
Hillary Clinton has a strong and powerful voice regarding ending violence against women and girls.
An earthquake strikes Haiti, and care packages from America are among the first to arrive – and not far behind are former Presidents Clinton and Bush.

Hillary Clinton may be the most corrupt person ever to seek the presidency.
I am not one of those people who has contempt for Hillary Clinton. I think she’s served our nation. I think there are things that she’s done that are very good.

![Clinton's egregious act of self-indulgence was outdone](/wp-content/uploads/81298-great-sayings.com.jpg)
Clinton’s egregious act of self-indulgence was outdone by an impeachment based not on constitutionally required high crimes and misdemeanors but on a vindictive determination to bring down a president who had offended self-righteous moralists eager to put a different political agenda in place.
Members of the FBI and the Department of Justice – some of whom ended up on Bob Mueller’s team to prosecute Donald Trump – did everything they could to exonerate Hillary Clinton for her crimes and incriminate Donald Trump with a non-existent crime.

Like tens of millions of Americans, I will not vote for Hillary Clinton and desire to vote for a bold, conservative leader.
President Clinton intentionally created a structure that was a little loose. And one that kept him a little in the center. He didn’t want one person filtering all the information that went to him. He had always operated with a lot of information coming in and a lot of stuff going out.
Message to Obama: Fighting the Clinton machine won’t be as easy as picking up favorable press clips.

It is with tremendous excitement and pride that EMILY’s List endorses Senator Hillary Clinton for president.

I supported Hillary Clinton. She would have made an excellent president. I didn’t think she could get elected. I thought it was too soon.
During the campaign, Trump in many ways repudiated President Obama’s national security and foreign policy approach on issues like the Iran nuclear deal and immigration. So there’s a real question of continuity or disruption with Trump, which wouldn’t have existed if Clinton was president-elect.
If Barack Obama’s campaign wants to suggest that a photo of him wearing traditional Somali clothing is divisive, they should be ashamed. Hillary Clinton has worn the traditional clothing of countries she has visited and had those photos published widely.
This idea that the open exchange of information can have a positive global impact is being proven over and over again around the world nearly on a daily basis – and for Secretary Clinton to recognize that, I think, is a huge step.

Hillary Clinton is tough, clever, and formidably well briefed, and has been politically ambitious all her adult life.
The truth is, Hillary Clinton’s ideas create more income inequality. Why? Because bigger government creates crony capitalism. When you have a 70,000 page tax code, you’ve got to be very wealthy, very powerful, very well connected to dig your way through that tax code.
I’d like to see that bipartisanship come back that we used to have in the House of Representatives, in the Clinton years. I think there’s a possibility that the voters are going to send the message that everybody running – Congress, the Senate, the presidency – that they want us to come together.

We are supposed to believe that every dollar given to a Clinton is a dollar that improves the world. But is it? The Clinton administration hated us, and it was a terrible struggle with them. I think that they felt if they didn’t play, they could strangle us in our crib.
Michelle has had to grapple with Hilary Clinton’s legacy as First Lady… Michelle Obama never wants to be seen as the kind of First Lady who is overly involved in the West Wing.

That’s not the way you deal with folks. You show strength if you made a mistake.
I’m a lot less concerned with Bill Clinton’s escapades decades ago than I am with Hillary Clinton’s consistently wrong record when it comes to foreign policy, when it comes to domestic policy.

The Beltway media went into caroming-off-the-walls hysterics over Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky, whipping itself into a flaming casserole even as Clinton’s standing with the American people remained upright and firm, so to speak.
I did not endorse Trump, because I had condemned President Obama for telling us what to do in our referendum. But I did say that if I was a U.S. citizen, I would not vote for Hillary Clinton even if she paid me.
To say that the United States has pursued diplomacy with North Korea is a little bit misleading. It did under the Clinton administration, though neither side completely lived up to their obligations. Clinton didn’t do what was promised, nor did North Korea, but they were making progress.
For some Republicans, 2016 is 1992: Hating Hillary Clinton is chic again. Only more so, since the former secretary of state is also the partner of and potential successor to the last two Democratic presidents – Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.

One of the more fatuous remarks I’ve heard in recent days is that ‘My Life,’ Clinton’s autobiography, is too long and, at almost 1,000 pages, short it is not. But this man was for eight years the President of the most powerful country on earth.
I always vote for the guy I think can get it done. And it ain’t nobody’s business who I vote for, but I voted for Clinton twice. And that just blows people’s minds when they hear that.

If it were the Clinton people, they’d be sitting around figuring out how to pull themselves out. Instead the president is continuing to go around the country and peddling Social Security, which the needle is not moving on.

History shows that people often do cast their votes for amorphous reasons-the most powerful among them being the need for change. Just ask Bill Clinton.
I’ve talked to Bill Clinton – he’s the ultimate rock star; no one’s more charming than him. People clap in a restaurant when he finishes dinner! I don’t get that treatment. I get it when I walk onstage, but not when I have dinner.
Why would we want to keep a tax cut that’s failed? Why would we not want to go back to the Clinton tax code? And why would we not want to help every family more with a health-care plan like mine? Let’s help average people. Let’s be Democrats.
Bill Clinton sitting on Air Force One getting his hair cut while people around the country cooled their heels and waited for him, became a metaphor for a populist president who had gotten drunk with the perks of his own power and was sort of, you know, not sensitive to what people wanted.
When we say, ‘Look, Donald Trump was a friend to hip hop back in the day; so was Bill Clinton,’ It doesn’t mean that because he was a friend to hip hop back in the day, that the same Bill Clinton wasn’t at the lead of this mass incarceration of African Americans today.

We have a crisis in nuclear weapons, and again, thanks very much to the Democrats: Bill Clinton, who removed us from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty framework for nuclear disarmament, and then Barack Obama, who created a trillion-dollar budget for us to spend on a new generation of nuclear weapons and modes of delivery.
Trump wants to build a wall at the border of Mexico, while Clinton wants to tear down all walls.

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have left us with $19 trillion in debt.

When issues emerge that might harm a campaign, like the Clinton e-mails, you have to get all the facts out right away, but not before you have all the facts.
The Clinton tax increase – which was an increase in taxes primarily on upper-income people – not only made the tax code more nearly progressive, it preceded one of the most productive economic periods in American life.
Clinton knew how to get things done. He was battling the Republicans, and then he basically took a lot of their agenda and made it his own. That’s what Obama’s not doing.
My childhood was completely dominated by Bill Clinton and the OJ trial. I don’t think we had a family dinner where one didn’t come up.

Hillary Clinton is excoriating Donald Trump over Trump University? The Clinton scandal at Laureate Education, a for-profit education chain of schools and colleges operating world-wide, including the United States, is much worse.
I don’t take anything Hillary Clinton is going to say at all as true. I’m not going to take her on her word.
The love affair between black folks and the Clintons has been going on for a long time. It began back in 1992, when Bill Clinton was running for president. He threw on some shades and played the saxophone on ‘The Arsenio Hall Show.’ It seems silly in retrospect, but many of us fell for that.
I have good relationships with Hillary Clinton, Joseph Biden and especially Richard Holbrooke – he is my teacher. I learned a lot of great things from him.

It’s not just Barack Obama, but I doubt Jimmy Carter or Bill Clinton would have made it to the White House without Selma.
Hillary Clinton is a corrupt career politician who has recklessly handled classified information in an attempt to avoid accountability and put American lives at risk, including those of my former colleagues. She fails the basic tests of judgment and ethics any candidate for president must meet.
The differences between Secretary Clinton and Donald Trump in terms of temperament, in terms of values, couldn’t be more stark.

Allegations that President Clinton pardoned Marc Rich partly in return for donations to his presidential library have raised questions about the value of such institutions and the federal appropriations that support them.
In the run-up to the 1992 Democratic convention, Clinton’s campaign realized that voters thought the young governor had a privileged upbringing. They didn’t buy his alleged concern for the middle class.
