I’ve gotten to know them and love everything about the people of Jacksonville. There is an energy and a youth factor here that you don’t typically associate with Florida. There’s a real vitality. It’s energizing.
In fact, I would advise against anyone doing reality shows. I won’t be doing ‘X Factor’ just yet.
We’re going to have a moment. It’s coming: just that breakthrough that’s going to give us a cool factor, and more people will want to be a part of it. Because that, to me, is the only thing we’re lacking – that social thing: ‘It’s cool to go to a WNBA game.’

People who are lonely and depressed are three to 10 times more likely to get sick and die prematurely than those who have a strong sense of love and community. I don’t know any other single factor that affects our health – for better and for worse – to such a strong degree.
I wrestled before rugby league so I always had a pretty good wrestling background, a good base, and that helped with my football. It just meant my balance was always so good; a strong core, good hips and just things like that just really played a factor in how I ran the ball and tackled.
To me, it’s 2016 about to be 2017. I can’t believe there’s still a racism factor.
Teacher compensation isn’t the only factor in cultivating great teaching. Other important priorities include changing how we measure student performance, providing more flexibility to teacher-preparation programs, and improving how we train and support principals.
Anyone can see how if a feared tax hike doesn’t happen, that’s a positive factor. But even if tax hikes happen as feared, vast history tells me it doesn’t have to have the big bad impact folks fear. And fear of a false factor is always bullish.
The most disastrous phenomenon of the current situation is the factor that imperialism is employing for its own ends all the powers of the proletariat, all of its institutions and weapons, which its fighting vanguard has created for its war of liberation.
My synesthesia is mostly gone – it was a much bigger factor when I was a kid. But having no depth perception is a bonus when you’re trying to lay out flat images and describe them to an artist – flat is all I see.
