It’s tough to sort of balance free time and schoolwork and work in general and family time and hanging out with friends, but it is manageable if you have a good support team behind you, which I do.
The way we live is changing. Each year, our free time shrinks a little more as computers clamor for an increasing percentage of our attention.
At the gym, I do full-body circuits with low weights and high repetitions, as well as four or five cardio intervals thrown into the mix. I put a lot of emphasis on core strength and flexibility training. I also do a lot of running in my free time. Anytime I can move my cardio outside in the sunshine, I do.
In my free time, I love to lay in bed.

All of my free time is made up of motor sports endeavors, be them motorcycles or off-road racing or track days. I just love anything with an engine. That is one of my main loves. Obviously, my other well-known love is Kristen Bell.
