Some of the guys in the Eastern Conference, I had never been on their teams – like Larry Bird: even though you make the All Star team, you’re going to be in the West; he’s on the East. So you’re never going to be teammates.
The first sales meeting I made was for the television movie ‘Farrell for the People.’ I walked into a conference room at NBC that I had built. It was my memorial conference room. There were 10 people at the meeting, and by habit, I sat at the head of the table.

Now personally, I think the president should golf every day and never have a press conference. I want the leader of the free world to be as stress-free as possible. And if golf helps fade the psychic heat from the job, by all means tee it up often, Mr. President.
