My focus in 2010 was on just running fast races. My focus in 2011 was for winning at the World Championships. This year has been a combination of the two so we’ll see what kind of time it brings.
I’m quite open and proud enough to listen to anything really. Be it home, abroad, Premier League, Championships or below that. It’s not a worry. I’ve been in the game long enough so I know how to pitch myself in comfortably anywhere.
To me, being the best means proving it in different countries and championships.

I sometimes think about adult skating and how, you know, people like Midori Ito, she competed at the adult world championships. I feel like I’ll probably be someone like that.
As far as my goals are concerned, Eli Drake needs to be a household name any and everywhere it can be. Aside from that I want to rack up championships.
You don’t have to find out what someone’s mechanical abilities are. All those factors are already a known commodity. I’ve seen teams win championships and have their entire team quit the next day because they weren’t happy.
