Of course it is going to be difficult for any player to get in the Chelsea side no matter who they are.
With the big clubs embracing women’s football and the professionalism you see at the likes of Liverpool, Birmingham, Arsenal and my club Chelsea, it’s really impressive. We’re making great strides.
The two years out on loan were about trying to get experience and work as hard as I could to make sure when I came back I could give myself the best chance to get back to Chelsea and get in the team. That was my goal.

At places like Chelsea, often the garden displays are so big and grand that you’d never be able to have them at home.
Chelsea Handler is a good friend of mine, and I always was inspired by the fact that she was taking her life and turning it into these ridiculous, raunchy memoirs. She really has a talent, and she’s a great writer. I was inspired by her trajectory.
Maggie Gyllenhaal, Chelsea Handler, Tilda Swinton, and Sofia Coppola are other clients. They’re all risk takers but never look like they’re in costume.

I moved to New York on October 21, 2004, and it was the day that the Chelsea Grill, a restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen on 9th Avenue between 46th and 47th Street, opened. I had never waited a table in my life, but I walked in and lied to the manager in a very J. Pierrepont Finch way.

The Chelsea experience was too much too soon. I wasn’t flexible as a manager at that time. I was communicative, but I wasn’t flexible in my approach.

Can space break? I mean the space of art galleries. Over the past 100 years, art galleries have gone from looking like Beaux Arts salons to simple storefronts to industrial lofts to the gleaming giant white cubes of Chelsea with their shiny concrete floors.
All I can do is assess the value from Manchester United perspective. Whatever Chelsea do, they may have a different criteria, and different financial assets.
