I’d rather enjoy meals, order bottles of red wine and eat creme brulee at the end of dinner. Then, when they call you for a photo shoot, you just go, ‘Okay, time to hit the treadmill.’
My husband and I do love a really great red wine.
I like to have fish and salad – mackerel, Dover sole or gurnard, and I usually pan-fry it or use the barbecue. I make salad with avocados, tomato, lettuce and spring onions, with an olive oil and red wine dressing.
