One thing everyone knows about the NBA is that it’s very difficult for young players to win at a high level.
It’s a lot for young players to be expected to deal with all the media, and… there is a lot of pressure to be perfect, but at 19, 20, 21, 22, you’re still young and learning.
You don’t buy experience at the pharmacy. You acquire it through games over time. Every player must go through that, but when the federation hired me, they told me they wanted new players and young players who will prepare for the future.
