I’m on the sockless and un-sockless teams. I’m on both sides.
If there are dominant teams, people enjoy discussing whether that’s good or bad for the game, and if there aren’t any dominant teams, then people enjoy discussing that.

On great teams – the kind where people trust each other, engage in open conflict, and then commit to decisions – team members have the courage and confidence to confront one another when they see something that isn’t serving the team.
In this business, a lot of coaches are running around thinking they’re the reason their teams are winning.
What you do is build your team around your core. Some teams have one main guy – not many, but some do – and you build around that. If you have a bunch of good players, that’s another way to go about it – through depth, teamwork, defense, and fundamentals.
There are many really good teams in our conference this season. Miami, Indiana and Detroit will be our fiercest opponents this year. But we just have to focus on our game and be patient with the realistic hope that we’ll be on top after all is said and done.
I think different teams have different challenges as you go through.
Championship teams are built on being prepared, playing unselfishly and being held accountable, and that’s how I expect to coach this basketball team. I am truly excited about this next phase of my basketball career.
I’d like to think that every captain around the world has a vision of how they want their teams to play and most of them are allowed to take their teams forward in their own way.
At the level Neymar moves at, you do not change teams for money.
