Before I ever got into coaching, I got my law degree at Pepperdine.
I find young kids. I enjoy coaching and enjoy making them better players.
I think there is a lot of experiences you have in coaching, and if you learn from the experiences as you go through them, whether it’s as a coordinator or position coach, a quality-control coach, a head coach, whatever it might be, and you learn from those mistakes you make.
I think it’s really important that we get an experienced staff. Guys that have been a head coach, to me, at some level is important to me. I value head coaching just because it’s good to know what it’s like to be the decision maker.
