I’m a normal kid from Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Hard-working families in Wisconsin deserve a tax cut. But you also deserve for it to be done responsibly and to make sure we know how we’re going to pay for it in the future.
I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin. I never thought I’d be where I am. I never thought I’d have bling that I bought.
Unlike Obama and the Senate Democrats, I respect the will of Wisconsin’s voters.
It is a well-documented fact that guys will not ask for directions. This is a biological thing. This is why it takes several million sperm cells… to locate a female egg, despite the fact that the egg is, relative to them, the size of Wisconsin.
Each of us can play a role in eradicating hunger in our communities, and together with Feeding Wisconsin we look forward to raising awareness and having a positive impact on the work to help this important cause.
My father had season tickets to the Packer games, and I have several of those. I have a lot of family that still lives in the Bay Area and in Wisconsin, too. And so, I like to get back as often as I can.
It’s really humbling and gratifying to see that people are finally realizing that we are talented and we have things to say and that our stories are just like your stories. There’s no reason that anybody from Wisconsin or Turkey can’t relate to ‘Atlanta.’
My experience over my five years at Wisconsin and my one year in the NFL was that there were times where I couldn’t play the game safely. There are positive measures we can take… but on a lead play, on a power play, there’s violence.
In Wisconsin, We’re at the forefront of research that might one day bring cures for diseases like Parkinsons and Alzheimers, and we must seize its great potential.
I’m pleased to have the support of working men and women throughout the state of Wisconsin. And I found in the primary I did. Now the key is to get that turnout activated. And we know we can do that. Again, the temperature here is very, very high on both sides of the aisle.
Governor Scott Walker didn’t know who he was messing with when he picked a fight with the hard-working union folks of Wisconsin. He must have forgotten that Wisconsin is the Badger State. And badgers are scrappy little creatures. We may look cute, warm and fuzzy, but we have a fighting spirit.
As Ohio Solicitor General and in pro bono private practice, I defended Ohio’s hate crimes law. This included a brief in the Wisconsin v. Mitchell case where the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Wisconsin’s hate crime law that included sexual orientation. Ohio’s should include it as well, and we support it.
In 2010, conservatives won big majorities in the Wisconsin State Legislature, and I openly supported many of their reforms, including changes to collective bargaining and expansions of school choice.
I believe the people of Wisconsin elected me because I said I will work with anyone – doesn’t matter if they’re a Republican or a Democrat – I just want to get things done for Wisconsin families. But I also believe Wisconsinites elected me because I will always put people before politics.
I’m from Wisconsin so I always feel a little nauseous about begging and trying to trick people into liking me.
After high school, I went to the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point for a year, and I studied musical theatre. By that point, I was like, ‘This is what I want to do.’
